Description
This is a training course that accompanies the continuous improvement program, focuses on development of Top Management Team – KAIZEN™ habits & skills, and aims to define a vision for group leaders and team leaders and to develop a plan to install it.

The training course covers the Strat KAIZEN™ programme. The course starts with the Strat KAIZEN™ introduction (goals, vision, principles, programme, and knowledge model). Strat KAIZEN™ is broken down into four phases: (i) Strat Review, (ii) Hoshin Deployment, (iii) Breakthrough priorities, and (iv) Hoshin review.
